Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Ideation: Collaborate with teams across performance marketing, GTM operations, and brand to lead creative ideation and manage end-to-end delivery of performance marketing and brand campaigns.
  • Creative Delivery: Oversee the creation of all creative assets, including briefing, scriptwriting, production, and editing, ensuring coordinated delivery across campaigns.
  • Performance Ads: Utilize your creative prowess to analyze ads and audience data, crafting high-impact video and static ad properties to achieve marketing and revenue objectives.
  • Brand Content & Impressions: Partner with teams to drive Airblack's content strategy on platforms like YouTube and Instagram. Develop engaging content, collaborate with influencers, and build a strong brand identity.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Manage influencer partnerships and campaigns to enhance performance campaigns.
  • Creative Analytics: Take ownership of analytics and performance measurement for all creative campaigns and marketing assets.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist in agencies and D2C brands experience.
  • Proven experience managing and collaborating with graphic designers and video editors.
  • A passion for consuming content and generating out-of-the-box creative ideas on the go.
  • Ability to solve creative problems using strong data-driven insights.
  • A consistent track record of developing and maintaining relationships with creative, production, and influencer agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to take high ownership of projects and willingness to execute hands-on when needed.
  • Experience building your own social media following on YouTube or Instagram is a plus
