About the Role

We're hiring a
Social Media & Brand Strategist
to lead digital storytelling, shape our platform presence, and drive meaningful brand engagement across channels. This is not just a posting-and-planning role: you'll be responsible for
owning the voice, narrative, and content direction
of a mission-led men's health brand.

You'll lead both
brand thinking and execution
, from strategy and structure to moment-led storytelling and campaign planning. This role demands a sharp, creative mind that understands internet culture, platform behavior, and the delicate art of staying relevant without chasing every trend.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Thinking & Narrative Ownership

●      Deeply understand the brand's purpose, tone, audience mindset, and category whitespace, and translate that into clear content strategy.

●      Shape and evolve the brand's
voice, positioning, and POV
across all owned digital channels.

●      Build brand recall through structured content themes, narrative arcs, and creative consistency.

●      Identify emerging opportunities, consumer insights, and cultural tensions to anchor powerful campaigns.

Social Media Strategy & Execution

●      Plan and lead
end-to-end content direction
for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.

●      Build and own
social calendars:
integrating always-on themes, product storytelling, topical moments, and thought leadership.

●      Stay updated on platform shifts, internet formats, and subcultural conversations to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Campaign Planning & Big Ideas

●      Lead creative ideation and execution of
brand campaigns, experiments, conversations.

●      Co-develop
founder-led storytelling
, social experiments, and cause-based campaigns that spark shareability and trust.

Cultural Calendar & Topical Relevance

●      Build and manage a dynamic
marketing moments calendar
(festivals, cultural moments, events, global and niche observances).

●      Plan platform-native content that connects with current conversations.

●      Lead real-time content planning that balances brand narrative with platform culture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

●      Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors to bring brand ideas to life across formats.

●      Work with the performance team to align brand voice with business goals.

●      Analyze content performance, learn from what works, and evolve creative direction accordingly.

Who You Are

●      2–5 years of experience in social media, brand strategy, or digital storytelling roles.

●      Experience building and managing social presence for a fast-growing brand.

●      Strong instincts for
brand storytelling
, visual communication, and emotional resonance.

●      Confident in turning abstract ideas into structured content plans.

●      Comfortable switching between strategy and hands-on execution.

●      Familiar (proficiency not required) with content analytics and channel tools (Meta Suite,

YouTube Studio, etc.)

Bonus If You Have

●      Built brands in early-stage environments or scaled content from scratch.

●      Experience working on health, wellness, or mission-driven brands.

●      Previous work with influencers, creator partnerships, or community engagement platforms like Telegram/Discord.

●      Written/ideated for founder brands or led brand-building efforts alongside leadership.
