Roles and Responsibilities:

Support the manager in overseeing assigned client accounts by coordinating communications, tracking deliverables, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring overall satisfaction with services provided.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.

Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects and campaigns.

Market Research: Conduct market research to understand client industries, identify trends, and provide insights to clients.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Knowledge of hygiene of Copywriting

Desired skills & experience:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Prior internship experience in account management, or a related role.
