About the Role
We're hiring a Social Media Executive to lead digital storytelling, shape our platform presence, and drive high-engagement brand experiences across channels. This role is both
strategic and operational
, you'll own the brand voice and narrative, while ensuring timely, flawless execution of campaigns with a cross-functional team.
You will work at the intersection of
content, culture, and community
, making sure RxMen remains relevant, consistent, and impactful across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Thinking & Narrative Ownership
● Deeply understand the brand's purpose, tone, audience mindset, and category whitespace, and translate that into clear, compelling social strategies.
● Shape and evolve the brand's voice, positioning, and POV across all owned digital channels.
● Identify emerging opportunities, consumer insights, and cultural moments to anchor powerful campaigns.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
●
Instagram-first leadership
: run campaigns, reels, statics, stories, and community engagement end-to-end.
● Optimize for
high-engagement timing, hooks, and content formats
to maximize reach and retention.
● Execute a well-planned
social media calendar
across Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn with timeliness and consistency.
● Be proactive on DMs/messages and ensure the brand stays
responsive, human, and approachable
.
● Keep RxMen's community alive through
stories, prompts, polls, Q&As, and micro-conversations
.
Campaign Planning & Big Ideas
● Ideate, plan, and execute
creative campaigns
that cut through noise and build brand recall.
● Collaborate with the founder on storytelling that sparks shareability and trust. ● Ensure timely execution of all activations, no campaign slips through.
People & Cross-Functional Management
●
Manage and coordinate a team
of designers, content writers, and editors to bring campaigns to life.
● Ensure alignment between brand's digital presence and voice with the brand goals.
● Track performance and optimize content based on what's working.
● Handle
influencer management and creator partnerships
where required.
Cultural Calendar & Topical Relevance
● Build and maintain a
marketing moments calendar
(festivals, cultural moments, global observances).
● Plan platform-native content that connects with current conversations.
● Balance brand narrative with platform culture in real time.
Who You Are
● 2–5 years of experience in
social media, brand strategy, or digital storytelling
roles.
● A true
Instagram native
: you know reels, campaigns, hooks, and the algorithm inside-out.
● Obsessed with
timely, perfect execution
, from calendars to campaigns.
● Strong people management skills: you thrive in
ops-heavy roles
coordinating multiple creators/stakeholders.
● Comfortable switching between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution.
● Strong instincts for storytelling, cultural relevance, and emotional resonance.
Bonus If You Have
●
YouTube and Twitter expertise
(strongly preferred).
● Experience building brands digitally in early-stage environments.
● Previous work with
influencer management, offline activations, or community platforms
(Telegram, Discord, etc.).
