Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Presales Executive (Fresher) to join our team. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of sales and technology for IT Products and services. You will assist in identifying client needs, crafting tailored solutions, and supporting the sales process. This is an ideal position for fresh graduates who are eager to begin a career in the presales or solution consulting domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on potential clients, market trends, and industry challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and deliver customized presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Participate in client meetings to capture business needs, pain points, and goals.
  • Deliver engaging product or solution demonstrations to showcase capabilities and address client queries.
  • Respond to technical and functional questions during the sales cycle with clarity and precision.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the sales and technical/product teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of products, services, competitors, and industry developments.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a presales, solution consulting, or technical sales support role.
  • Strong understanding of [domain – e.g., ERP, Cloud, IT Services].
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Proficiency with tools like MS Office, CRM platforms, and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).
