Job Title: Business Solutions Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced Presales Leader to drive business growth through effective solutioning, proposal management, and sales enablement.

The role demands a strategic leader with strong business acumen, proven expertise in presales and bid management, and the ability to collaborate with sales and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all presales activities, ensuring pipeline nurturing and revenue enablement.
  • Drive sales cycles from initial qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Engage with clients to understand requirements and present solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across domains and geographies.

Bid and Proposal Management:

  • Own end-to-end RFP/RFI management, ensuring timely, competitive, and compelling proposals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and finance teams for accurate technical solutions and pricing.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing team of presales analysts and consultants.

Sales Enablement & Marketing Support:

  • Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop account strategies, and accelerate deal closures.
  • Support sales forecasting and track opportunity progression.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and develop strategies for account mining and expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Presales, Sales Engineering, and Bid Management within IT services.
  • Strong exposure to global clients.
