About the Role
Impact you will make
As an Insurance Discovery Solutions Data Analyst at FinThrive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team's mission to drive customer success and revenue recovery. You will source, analyze, and report on financial, customer, and operational data to uncover business insights and identify opportunities for performance improvement across the entire Insurance Discover portfolio of clients. Your work will directly support leadership, senior advisors, and advisors by providing actionable data and reporting solutions that inform decision-making and enhance customer outcomes.
What you will do
Source, analyze, and report on customer financial and operational data trends to support business stakeholders and drive performance improvement initiativesSupport the Insurance Discovery Solutions Advisor team by providing data-driven insights, analysis and reports that identify opportunities improving client recovery performance and efficiency, and/or company revenue improvementProvide complex analyses and data queries either across customers or for individual customersDevelop and maintain comprehensive query solutions in collaboration with the Advisory and other Insurance Discover teamsAssist in the preparation of regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams—including Customer Success, Sales, Support, Implementation, Product Management, Development, and Marketing—to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business objectivesHelp resolve data-related issues and support escalations by delivering timely and accurate analysis, including root cause identificationContribute to the continuous improvement of data processes, tools, and reporting methodologiesWhat you will bring
Experience: Data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, preferably within healthcare or revenue cycle managementTechnology Skills: Expertise in SQL and Microsoft Excel and SQLAnalytic Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsCommunication Skills: Strong written communication skills and clear verbal skills to ask questions, review quality and participate in meetingsCustomer Service Skills: Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to data accuracy, quality, and timely deliveryWhat we would like to see
