We are a fast-growing organization in the healthcare & wellness sector with a pan-India presence. We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive new customer acquisition by leading digital marketing, lead generation, and conversion strategies. This role will directly impact growth across multiple locations and requires strong expertise in digital channels, customer behavior, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads across digital platforms (social, search, email, content marketing).
  • Oversee the lead lifecycle from qualification to conversion, ensuring seamless handover to sales teams.
  • Optimize lead-to-customer acquisition processes, tracking performance and improving conversion rates.
  • Lead and mentor marketing and lead management teams to achieve acquisition goals.
  • Monitor KPIs (lead volume, conversion rates, acquisition metrics) and refine strategies using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership to align acquisition goals with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition (healthcare, wellness, retail, or related B2C preferred).
  • Proven track record in driving customer growth using digital media platforms and CRM tools.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with AI-driven lead scoring/automation is a plus.
