As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our presence across Gujarat and looking for a result-oriented professional to drive business in this region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the Gujarat region.
- Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with
System Integrators (SI), Large System Integrators (LSI), Master System Integrators (MSI), Consultants, and End Customers. - Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term customers.
- Engage with consultants, IT managers, project heads, and decision-makers to position Genius Network as a trusted structured cabling OEM partner.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations across major cities in Gujarat.
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, proposals, and customized solutions to meet customer needs.
- Monitor competitor offerings, market dynamics, and upcoming projects within the structured cabling and data center ecosystem.
- Consistently achieve assigned revenue and growth targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Experience:
4–7 years in the Structured Cabling / Networking Solutions industry. - Network:
Strong existing connections with System Integrators, Data Centers, LSI, MSI, Consultants, and End Customers across Gujarat (mandatory). - Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of
structured cabling, passive networking solutions, and data center infrastructure. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Self-driven, target-focused, and capable of working independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field preferred.
