Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the Gujarat region.
  • Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with
    System Integrators (SI), Large System Integrators (LSI), Master System Integrators (MSI), Consultants, and End Customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Engage with consultants, IT managers, project heads, and decision-makers to position Genius Network as a trusted structured cabling OEM partner.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations across major cities in Gujarat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, proposals, and customized solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor competitor offerings, market dynamics, and upcoming projects within the structured cabling and data center ecosystem.
  • Consistently achieve assigned revenue and growth targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • Experience:
    4–7 years in the Structured Cabling / Networking Solutions industry.
  • Network:
    Strong existing connections with System Integrators, Data Centers, LSI, MSI, Consultants, and End Customers across Gujarat (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of
    structured cabling, passive networking solutions, and data center infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-focused, and capable of working independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field preferred.
