I'm looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join me at Tracxn's VC Vertical and take charge of enterprise-level sales. This is a key role for us, and I'm personally looking for someone who brings both skill and presence to the table.
I'd love to speak to someone who naturally thrives in:
Consultative + concept-driven selling
Engaging with Indian & APAC clients with clarity and confidence
Building strong client rapport and long-term relationships
Driving enterprise-wide conversations across global markets
Expanding access within our legacy VC accounts through a consultative sales approach
Ideally, you bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales (preferably in financial industries)
- Exposure to VC, investment management, or broader financial services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- A flexible, collaborative approach to working with internal and external teams
- A graduate degree; enterprise sales certifications are a great add-on
- Most importantly, a mindset that values relationships as much as revenue
