Job Title: Email Marketing Executive

Location: Panchkula

Department: Marketing / Digital Marketing

Experience Required: 6 Months – 1.5 Years (Email Marketing / Digital Campaigns)

Office Timing: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
  • Create engaging email content, subject lines, and call-to-actions.
  • Manage and segment email lists to target the right audience.
  • Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, bounce rate, conversions).
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve subject lines, templates, and content.
  • Work with Business Development team to generate and nurture leads.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Optimize email campaigns for deliverability and engagement.
  • Coordinate with design/content team for attractive email templates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of lead generation, segmentation, and automation.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates (preferred but not mandatory).
