JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies for new product launches, focusing on consumer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns through - BTL.
  • Analyzing success of marketing campaigns and creating success reports.
  • Making marketing budgets in line with revenue generation / potential generation and monitoring the same.
  • Ensure effective brand communication through consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer perceptions, and industry trends.
  • Use insights to refine the brand strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, such as brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to the management.
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles with ability to develop effective brand messaging across multiple touchpoints.
  • Utilize data-driven thinking to analyze consumer insights and guide decision-making processes.
  • Manage and implement projects with quick turnaround times, demonstrating strong project management skills.
  • Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and brand initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, and delivery team, to ensure that the brand is effectively communicated to institutional clients.

Job Requirements :

  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through successful client acquisition and retention.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels; fluency in English required.
