Element Retail Private Limited is seeking a skilled and proactive HR Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of HR functions, including:

  1. Managing employee attendance, including leave tracking and work hour monitoring.

  2. Overseeing salary calculations, ensuring timely processing and accurate deductions.

  3. Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

  4. Organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.

  5. Ensuring accurate and timely calculation of statutory payments, such as PF, ESIC

  6. Establishing and maintaining effective communication with Store Managers and Regional Managers.

  7. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling all HR-related matters.

  8. Providing timely support and resolution for employee HR queries and concerns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus).

A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR role, with a focus on payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.

Knowledge of statutory regulations, including PF, ESIC, and labour laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff.

Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
