  • Sales and strategy: Identify potential new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and set targets to maximize revenue.
  • Client management: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key accounts.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales contracts, proposals, and yearly agreements for room bookings, meetings, and events.
  • Lead generation: Actively solicit new leads, re-solicit past business, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as revenue management, front office, and marketing, to align on goals and ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Reporting and analysis: Track sales metrics, report on performance, and analyze market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Customer satisfaction: Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service, which helps drive repeat business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,467.05 per month
