**Position**: Sales Executive

**About the Role**: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, creating and maintaining relationships, and closing sales to achieve company targets. Your key responsibilities will include market research, prospecting, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and Target Prospective Clients**: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads.
- **Build and Maintain Client Relationships**: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products/services.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive and strategic selling.
- **Negotiate Contracts**: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to maximize revenue.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional post-sale support and service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and prepare regular sales reports.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
