Job Title: Sales Executive – International (Freshers Only)
Process: Voice & Blended
Shift: US Shift (24 Days Working)
Profile Overview : We are looking for driven International Sales Trainee to handle US market clients. Ideal for freshers , the role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets. This is an office-based role with night shifts, catering to US time zones.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and sales leads from the US market via calls and emails.
- Execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and grow market share.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads, addressing customer needs to drive conversions.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during client
- Proactively suggest sales tactics and marketing strategies to boost engagement.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Understand and communicate the value of the company's products and services.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales processes and efficiency.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (US client focus).
- Graduate/Post Graduate/Pursuing with keen interest in Automobile
- Sales-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
- Work Location: The New Corenthum Noida Sector 62 (Delhi NCR).
- Comfortable with a Work from Office role.
- Willing to work night shifts (US time zone).
