Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Communication: Act as the first point of contact; screen calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Travel Arrangements: Book flights, accommodation, transport, and prepare detailed travel itineraries.
- Errands & Personal Tasks: Handle personal errands, shopping, and other personal assistance as required.
- Event Planning: Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and social engagements.
- Document Management: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Expense Tracking: Manage receipts, submit reimbursements, and assist with basic budgeting.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; tech-savvy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
- Driver's license (if errands or transport duties are required).
- Flexibility with working hours and tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
