About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and passionate Sales Executive to drive clean energy adoption across Karnataka. In this role, you'll help businesses, institutions, and industries transition to solar and sustainable energy solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Convert qualified online leads into successful business deals.
  • Pitch and build strong client relationships across industries — builders, schools, hospitals, hotels, and corporates.
  • Present and promote EPC offerings such as Solar PV, BESS, EV Infra, and Clean Energy Solutions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for proposals, surveys, and project documentation.
  • Stay informed on solar industry policies and market trends across Karnataka and India.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of field or B2B sales experience (preferably in solar, renewable, EPC, or industrial solutions).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
  • Basic understanding of solar/clean energy will be an advantage.
