We are looking for a meticulous estate manager to spearhead the operations and upkeep of our estate. Knowledge of MEP(Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) already have experience of Maintenance head or Estate manager for any reputed Real Estate Company. Estate manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of property management, including maintenance, staff supervision, budgeting, and ensuring the efficient operation of all estate properties

To be a successful estate manager, you should be highly organized and have a keen eye for detail. Ultimately, a top-notch estate manager should be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and ensure that the estate's business ventures generate profit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of residential or commercial estates, ensuring that properties are maintained and services are delivered to a high standard.
  • Prepare, present, and manage operational budgets, administer financial records, and track expenses.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate estate staff such as maintenance workers, security personnel, gardeners, and service vendors.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations of buildings and grounds, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Plan and organize estate events, rentals, or business ventures, including liaising with event planners and service providers.
  • Ensure property security and that all security protocols are followed.
  • Maintain inventories of supplies and equipment necessary for estate upkeep.
  • Regularly communicate with property owners to update them on estate operations and resolve issues.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, property management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in estate, property, or project management, ideally with exposure to luxury properties.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in budget management, financial planning, and staff supervision.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical knowledge of property maintenance, safety regulations, and familiarity with estate management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
