Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage the resort's sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving room sales, increasing occupancy, developing corporate and leisure business, and building strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, and event planners.

Experience Required: Minimum 4–5 years in Resort / Hospitality Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth.
  • Acquire corporate clients, travel agents, wedding planners, and event partners.
  • Drive banquet, wedding, corporate event, and group booking sales.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns and events.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in resort/hotel/hospitality sales.
  • Strong network with corporates, travel agents, wedding planners, and event organizers.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead a team effectively.
