Instructional Designer

The Learning Experience Designer must have excellent communication skills and must enjoy working with a
wide variety of people team members, clients and vendors. The skills absolutely necessary are:
- Design, develop and deliver engaging learning content that is,
• in-line with instructional theories and methodologies using appropriate iterative strategies
• suitable to self-paced e-learning, blended and virtual live classrooms
• in alignment with the learning objectives identified and stated
• with adequate visualization of instructional graphics and user interface and effective supporting
material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc), exercises/ activities
• that includes development of assessment instruments to measure learner performance
- Collaborate with SMEs, vendors, clients and internal content team members to ensure smooth
development of learning courses.
Collaborate with tech team to resolve any issues on the LMS impacting end user learning experience.
Maintain project documentation and trackers.
The Learning Experience Designer must be a self starter, proficient in English, develop learning materials
using tools such as MS Powerpoint, MS Word, MS Excel and elearning authoring tools. She/he must have a
strong understanding of ADDIE model. She/he must be a team player and be able to deliver within
deadlines.
Experience level: 1 to 4 years as Instructional Designer/ Learning Experience Designer in Adult
learning/ Corporate Learning space.
