Instructional Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Junior Instructional Designer with 2–4 years of experience in e-learning content development. The ideal candidate will have strong English language and comprehension skills, with a flair for simplifying complex concepts into engaging and learner-friendly formats.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert raw content into structured storyboards using PowerPoint/Google Slides Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create storyboards for e-learning modules. Ensure consistency in language, tone, formatting, and visual design across content. Integrate on-screen text, visuals, and editor notes in alignment with instructional design best practices. Assist in content chunking, scripting, and alignment with learning objectives. Support senior team members in reviewing and revising instructional materials.
Required Skills:
Excellent written and spoken English; strong grammar and comprehension. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Attention to detail and ability to follow content templates and guidelines. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Working knowledge of e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline or Rise. Understanding of SCORM packaging and standards. Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) or video-based content formats.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Communication, Instructional Design, or a related field.

Pay: ₹400, ₹700,000.00 per year
