Role: Instructional Designer
Required Experience: 2-4 years of Instructional design experience (corporate segment)
Type: Remote | Full-time
Contract duration: 3-6 months (extendable based on requirement & performance)
Start Date: Immediate / within 15 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a training needs analysis to identify learning objectives and performance gaps.
- Design, develop, and implement instructional materials including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, storyboards, assessments, and job aids.
- Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, or similar) and adult learning theories to develop effective learning solutions.
- Collaborate with SMEs, graphic designers, and multimedia developers to create interactive and visually appealing content.
- Develop content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards and branding.
- Conduct pilot testing, gather feedback, and make revisions to improve learning effectiveness.
- Stay updated on current trends in instructional design, learning technologies, and e-learning methodologies.
What we are looking for?
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Rise, etc.) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail and learner engagement.
