About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer who can transform complex ideas into engaging, impactful learning experiences.

What You'll Do:

Design & Develop:

  • Create engaging and learner-centered instructional materials — courses, assessments, and multimedia content.

  • Apply learning theories and instructional design principles to create effective learning paths.

Collaborate:

  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), faculty, and product teams to understand learning objectives and transform them into creative content.

  • Partner with designers and video teams to bring content to life through visuals, interactivity, and storytelling.

Analyze & Improve:

  • Evaluate learner feedback and performance data to enhance course effectiveness.

  • Stay updated with best practices in edtech, learning sciences, and digital pedagogy.

What You'll Bring:

1–3 years of experience in Instructional Design, Curriculum Design, or Learning Experience Design.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, etc.).
Hands-on experience with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, or similar) and LMS platforms.
Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
A creative, learner-first mindset with an eye for structure, flow, and engagement.
Portfolio required: Please include a portfolio or samples of instructional design work (links or attachments). Suggested 2–5 examples that showcase course/module design, storyboards or scripts, assessment items, multimedia assets (e.g., video/storyboard snippets), and, where available, metrics or qualitative evidence of learner impact.
(Online links to portfolios or LMS samples are preferred; PDF examples or zipped files are also acceptable.)

Bonus Points:

Experience designing for blended, cohort-based, or self-paced learning.
Familiarity with edtech, technical content, or employability programs.
A knack for simplifying complex topics into crisp, relatable narratives.
