Your Role

The GAM Specialist is responsible for managing and controlling user access across the organization's systems and platforms. This role ensures that only the right people have access to the right resources, helping protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with security standards. Around 3–5 years working in IT security, identity and access management, or a similar role.

• Set up and manage user access rights based on roles and responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security policies for identity and access management

• Monitor and audit access logs to detect unusual activity or potential breaches

• Support multi-factor authentication and password management systems

• Work with IT and security teams to ensure access controls are aligned with business needs

• Help onboard and offboard users securely and efficiently

• Stay updated on compliance requirements and ensure systems meet those standards

Your Profile


• Good understanding of IAM/UAM concepts

• Familiar with tools like Active Directory, Active Roles (Quest), Azure AD & ServiceNow

• Comfortable with access protocols like LDAP, SAML, OAuth

• Able to write basic scripts (PowerShell, Python) to automate tasks

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
