- Desired Candidate Access Manager Technical Skills: SailPoint Administration Linux OS SQL database LDAP JAVA XML Javascript RBAC Service Now Administration Hands on development skills in and not limited to:oDesigning workflows oRules oRoles oNotifications oCertifications oCustom connectors oPolicies oEntitlements oOn-Boarding and Off-Boarding Applications oCreating Reports etc. Experience in integrating out of the box connectors and not limited to SAP, ERP, JDBC, Active Directory, Exchange, etc. and in creating custom connectors Strong knowledge in web services, XML and JMS, Unix, LDAP is preferred Roles and Responsibilities (Not Limited To):Work on Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests, On-Boarding and Off-Boarding applications etc. Monitoring all Daily task, Server status, Server health check. Interacting with clients and users for understanding the issue and work on closure of those. Ability to work on multiple critical tasks simultaneously. Good verbal and written communication skills.
