Role & responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage user access rights based on roles and responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain security policies for identity and access management
  • Monitor and audit access logs to detect unusual activity or potential breaches
  • Support multi-factor authentication and password management systems
  • Work with IT and security teams to ensure access controls are aligned with business needs
  • Help onboard and offboard users securely and efficiently
  • Stay updated on compliance requirements and ensure systems meet those standards
  • Around 35 years working in IT security, identity and access management, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with access auditing and reporting
  • Good grasp of cybersecurity basics and risk management
  • Ability to troubleshoot access issues and work with cross-functional teams
  • Clear communication and documentation skills

Primary Skills:

  • Good understanding of IAM/UAM concepts
  • Familiar with tools like Active Directory, Active Roles (Quest), Azure AD & ServiceNow
  • Comfortable with access protocols like LDAP, SAML, OAuth
  • Able to write basic scripts (PowerShell, Python) to automate tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
