Overview The Business Development (Sales) role is a crucial position within our organization focused on driving the growth and expansion of our business through identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.   • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop customized sales strategies to effectively align with client needs.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new leads and support campaigns.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the organization.
  • Contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven work experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
