Job Description:-
- OPD Management: Ensure smooth functioning of the Outpatient Department, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and coordination with medical staff.
- Lobby Management: Supervise the lobby area, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for patients and visitors.
- Patient Experience: Enhance patient experience by addressing concerns, providing information, and ensuring timely service delivery.
- OP Billing: Oversee outpatient billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Patient Area Management: Manage patient waiting areas, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and a positive environment.
- Team Handling: Lead and manage a team of front office staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- IPD Management: Ensure smooth functioning of the IP Department, including patient registration, Facility management, Counselling, Admissions and coordination.
- TPA & Counselling : Handle team of counselling & insurance registrations for smooth function and facilitation to the patients and relative to avail cashless services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve patient flow and reduce waiting times.
- Address and resolve patient complaints and issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospital policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and monitor service quality standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospital Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a hospital setting.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Proficiency in hospital management software and MS Office.
