Job Role:- Hospital Front Office Manager

Job Description:-

  • OPD Management: Ensure smooth functioning of the Outpatient Department, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and coordination with medical staff.
  • Lobby Management: Supervise the lobby area, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for patients and visitors.
  • Patient Experience: Enhance patient experience by addressing concerns, providing information, and ensuring timely service delivery.
  • OP Billing: Oversee outpatient billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Patient Area Management: Manage patient waiting areas, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and a positive environment.
  • Team Handling: Lead and manage a team of front office staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • IPD Management: Ensure smooth functioning of the IP Department, including patient registration, Facility management, Counselling, Admissions and coordination.
  • TPA & Counselling : Handle team of counselling & insurance registrations for smooth function and facilitation to the patients and relative to avail cashless services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and improve patient flow and reduce waiting times.
  • Address and resolve patient complaints and issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospital policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Implement and monitor service quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospital Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a hospital setting.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.

  • Proficiency in hospital management software and MS Office.
