Key Responsibilities


• Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Achieve and sustain 10K+ monthly leads with a strong focus on quality and conversion.
• Optimize campaigns daily for CPL, CTR, CAC, ROAS, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, audience segmentation, and targeting.
• Perform A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and CTAs.
• Implement remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
• Collaborate with content/design teams for high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Monitor ad spends, adjust bids, and ensure maximum ROI from budgets.
• Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with latest PPC trends, tools, and platform updates.

Requirements
• 5 + years of hands-on PPC marketing experience, preferably in EdTech lead generation.
• Proven ability to generate 10K+ monthly leads through PPC campaigns.
• Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong knowledge of conversion funnels, bidding strategies, and attribution models.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Data Studio, CRM tools.
• Experience managing medium to large ad budgets with strong ROI.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and performance-driven mindset.
