As the Administration Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless functioning of our office operations and support infrastructure. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution across facilities, vendor management, compliance, and general administrative support.

Your Impact (Key Responsibilities)

  • Facility & Office Management: Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and security operations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Manage service providers (e.g., housekeeping, security, transport, cafeteria, and utilities) and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Asset & Inventory Control: Maintain records of company assets, office supplies, and IT equipment; monitor usage and replenishment schedules.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements related to administration, health & safety, and environmental standards.
  • Budgeting & Cost Optimization: Prepare and manage the annual administration budget; identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Employee Support: Facilitate travel, accommodation, and other logistics for employees and visitors.
  • Event & Space Management: Coordinate internal events, office moves, and seating arrangements to optimize space utilization and employee comfort.
  • Crisis Management: Lead emergency preparedness, including fire safety, evacuation drills, and business continuity measures.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience)

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, OR a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in administrative management, preferably in a corporate or multi-location setup.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Sound understanding of compliance, facility management, and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools/software.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
