As a
Digital Marketing Expert
at Roopya (a B2B fintech platform specializing in Lending-as-a-Service and credit analytics), you will be the chief architect of our online growth strategy. You will be responsible for driving high-quality inbound leads from Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, and LSPs, and cementing Roopya's position as a thought leader in the digital lending infrastructure space.

This role requires a strategic mind, deep technical expertise, and a proven track record in B2B performance marketing.

Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Digital Marketing, with significant experience in a B2B SaaS, FinTech, or technology-focused environment preferred.

Key Responsibilities (The Non-Negotiables)Strategy & Performance Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and Execute Strategy:
    Design, implement, and manage a robust, multi-channel digital marketing strategy to significantly increase brand visibility, drive qualified leads (MQL/SQL), and optimize the customer acquisition funnel for B2B financial institutions.
  • SEO/SEM & PPC Mastery:
    Own and optimize all Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts. This includes deep keyword research, bid management, landing page optimization for conversion, and continuous A/B testing to reduce Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    Define, monitor, and report on key digital marketing KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, cost per lead, ROI) using advanced analytics tools, providing clear, actionable insights to leadership.
  • Budget Management:
    Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Content Strategy Integration:
    Collaborate closely with the Content team to ensure all content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) is strategically aligned with SEO goals and designed to nurture leads through the B2B sales cycle.
  • Web & UX Optimization:
    Continuously analyze website performance and user behavior to recommend and implement changes that improve User Experience (UX), site speed, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across all digital assets.
  • Email & Marketing Automation:
    Oversee and optimize email marketing, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and lead nurturing programs to move prospects efficiently from awareness to sales readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven Track Record:
    Demonstrable success in scaling digital marketing efforts and generating high-quality B2B leads for a SaaS or FinTech product.
  • Technical Expertise:
    Deep proficiency in:
  • Google Marketing Platform (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager)
  • Advanced SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz)
  • CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • A/B Testing and CRO methodologies.
  • Analytical Prowess:
    Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations. Bonus points for experience in predicting lead quality based on digital engagement data.
  • Industry Acumen:
    Familiarity with the FinTech, Lending, or Banking ecosystem is a significant advantage—you need to understand the problems Roopya solves for its customers.
  • Soft Skills:
    A self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting strategy and results to stakeholders.
