Urgent Opening For Accounts Manager at Foremost Marbles

Location :- Vile parle

Experiences:- 5 yr above

Office Time :- 10 to 7

Working Days :- Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

 Record daily financial transactions in Tally ERP

 Handle bank entries, bank payments, and reconciliations

 Manage GST payments and in monthly filings

 Manage routine office administration and documentation

 Communicate with vendors, coordinate services, and maintain office supplies

 Assist in maintaining records and reports

Follow-ups & Coordination:

 Regular payment follow-ups with clients/customers

 Draft and respond to emails and written communication professionally

 Support internal departments with admin-related tasks

Candidate Requirements:

 Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent)

 Basic working knowledge of Tally ERP

 Familiar with GST, banking, and basic accounting principles

 Good English communication skills (written and spoken)

 Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
