Role & responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information clearly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for the preparation and submission of various MIS reports as and when required.
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and other official engagements.
  • Manage front office responsibilities including handling calls, routing messages, greeting visitors, and responding to routine inquiries.
  • Establish, maintain, and update files, records, and documents in compliance with company procedures.
  • Prepare cheques and payment deposit slips for banking transactions.

  • Help in preparation /submission of various Banking Documents &
  • daily co-ordination & communication with Accounts Department.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) with 3,4 years of relevant work experience in accounts and administration.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and banking procedures.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
