Role & responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information clearly and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments for the preparation and submission of various MIS reports as and when required.
- Create, update, and maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and other official engagements.
- Manage front office responsibilities including handling calls, routing messages, greeting visitors, and responding to routine inquiries.
- Establish, maintain, and update files, records, and documents in compliance with company procedures.
- Prepare cheques and payment deposit slips for banking transactions.

- maintain cheques & payment related data in Excel/Other formats.
- Help in preparation /submission of various Banking Documents &
- daily co-ordination & communication with Accounts Department.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) with 3,4 years of relevant work experience in accounts and administration.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and banking procedures.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
