Manager-Student Recruitment for Executive MBA

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role:
- Drive student engagement and recruitment opportunities to meet and exceed enrolment targets in the assigned markets in India.
- Undertake promotional activities in the assigned region to generate new leads, meeting prospective students and advise them on the EMBA program at a reputed Global Management school.
- Provide excellent student service levels to prospective students and stakeholders, including responding to enquiries within 24 hours.
- Drive conversion to enrolments through effective use of sales, business development and marketing techniques to attract, match and nurture prospective students.
- Work with creative and digital marketing teams to develop messages for ads, e-mail, and phone calls to attract and nurture qualified applicants.
- Work with the admissions team towards administration of aptitude test, personal interviews and other selection related information.
- Undertake market research and market analysis, contributing to the ongoing development and implementation of student recruitment activity.
- Effective and efficient use of external and internal tools and software e.g. CRMS to maintain accurate and complete data records.
• Work as part of a team to develop and execute a regional recruitment strategy, marketing plan and activity calendar.
• Effectively manage the planning and budgeting of resources to optimize regional recruitment activities.
• Provide support and comprehensive training to the team and ensure that the targets are met.
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
• Masters degree or Equivalent. Education marketing experience in higher education is a must.
• At least 7-10 years of work experience with five years in higher education business development role preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80, ₹150,000.00 per month
