We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead marketing and communications for a Global Management School from India. The ideal candidate will have the ability to both write compelling marketing content and design engaging graphics for digital and print campaigns.

This is a hands-on role that requires both content writing and graphic design capabilities. Candidates who only manage or coordinate with writers/designers will not be a fit for this position.

Job Purpose: Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support student recruitment and brand building for the school.

  • Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for digital ads, emailers, newsletters, landing pages, and social media.
  • Design campaign graphics, including digital banners, mailers, social posts and more.
  • Create and maintain marketing calendars, manage approvals, and ensure timely rollout of campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and share insights to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, design aesthetic, and messaging across all touchpoints.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree graduate / MBA graduate

Experience:

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications, preferably within higher education or a similar industry.
  • Proven ability to write persuasive marketing content and design creatives across digital and print formats.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite is a must.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently with remote teams.
