Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sea Import Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sea import operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Sea Import Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the import process of sea freight shipments, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end sea import process, including booking, documentation and customs clearance.

Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines, agents and port authorities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.

Track and monitor shipments to resolve any issues that may arise during transit.

Prepare and review import documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.

Coordination with agent from booking to Pre-alert.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Dynamic, result oriented and self-starter.

Initiative and enterprise.

Ability to work independently.

Experience in Freight Forwarding Industry & Sea Import division with good contacts.
