Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and test equipment or systems at client sites.
  • Diagnose and repair technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, or software systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections according to service agreements or schedules.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
  • Document service visits, issues identified, and resolutions in service reports.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product teams for complex troubleshooting.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and spare equipment.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and maintain strong customer relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹30,687.08 per month
