Job Title: Technical Field Marketing Specialist
Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Technical Expertise**:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's technical products, solutions, and services.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position the company's technical advantages.
2. **Content Development**:
- Create compelling and accurate technical content for marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex technical information into accessible and engaging marketing materials.
3. **Event Management**:
- Plan and execute technical events, including product launches, workshops, webinars, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics, manage speakers, and ensure that technical content aligns with marketing objectives.
4. **Sales Enablement**:
- Work closely with sales teams to provide them with the necessary technical knowledge and tools to effectively communicate with clients.
- Develop sales support materials that highlight the technical advantages of products and services.
5. **Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, challenges, and trends within the target market.
- Use technical insights to contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
6. **Collaboration**:
- Foster strong relationships with both technical and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and marketing, translating technical details into marketing messages.
7. **Measurement and Analysis**:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technical marketing initiatives.
- Analyze data and feedback to refine strategies and continuously improve marketing efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Proven experience in technical marketing, preferably in a field marketing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms.

**Salary**: ₹9,568.23 - ₹15,000.00 per month
