Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for a Manager of Sales, based in Nagpur. The Manager of Sales will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement business strategies, and guide sales teams to deliver excellent customer service. The role will involve analyzing business performance, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth while maintaining Frikly's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Operations and Business Planning skills to develop, implement, and execute sales strategies with measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to monitor sales performance, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining strong client relationships and addressing customer needs effectively.
- Leadership experience and the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with prior experience in sales management preferred.
