Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Nagpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, closing the deals, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior sales staff.

  • Sales Management and Team Leadership skills
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
