Role Summary

Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd. is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager Facility Operations to ensure smooth plant functioning and support our fast-growing EV manufacturing ecosystem. The role will be responsible for managing utilities, infrastructure, workplace services, and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily facility operations, including utilities, housekeeping, security & general administration.
  • Oversee operation & maintenance of DG Sets, Compressors, HVAC, Firefighting, and other plant utilities.
  • Monitor vendor contracts, ensure SLA adherence, and handle compliance & statutory audits.
  • Implement & monitor EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) norms; conduct fire drills & safety preparedness activities.
  • Support space management, workplace layout planning, and facility expansion projects.
  • Drive 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives across facility operations.
  • Prepare and manage facility budgets, optimize costs, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Maintain records, MIS documentation, and ensure audit readiness for all facility functions.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / Graduate / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering / Facility Management.

5–8 years of experience in facility management within manufacturing/industrial environments.

Strong hands-on knowledge of utilities maintenance (HVAC, DG Sets, Compressors, Firefighting Systems).

Solid understanding of EHS compliance (ISO 45001, Fire Safety, Waste Management)

Proven experience in Vendor & Service Contract Management.

Exposure to 5S, Kaizen, Lean practices & Facility MIS reporting.

Excellent communication, problem-solving & team management skills.
