Job Role

  1. Event Production and Marketing

  2. Plan and manage the smooth execution of the event, proactively addressing any issues or emergencies that may arise.

  3. Develop and execute event marketing strategies, including creating promotional materials and utilising various channels to effectively attract attendees.

  4. Conduct post-event documentation, gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders, and identify key areas for continuous improvements

  5. Logistics & Execution

  6. Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, securing and managing audio-visual equipment, and ensuring timely setup and tear-down.

  7. Coordinate guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, and on-site attendee registration processes.

  8. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  9. Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with key vendors, such as audio-visual providers, decorators, and caterers.

  10. Content Management

  11. Manage and maintain a daily posting schedule across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and WordPress.

  12. Create, design, edit, and post high-quality, engaging daily content (visuals, videos, text) to significantly drive audience engagement and brand visibility.

  13. Ensure all content is consistent with Kendra's brand voice and artistic mission.

  14. Design & Production

  15. Design impactful visuals and promotional materials using tools like Canva.

  16. Utilise basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or CorelDraw for advanced image editing and manipulation.

  17. Perform basic video editing for YouTube and short-form content suitable for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

  18. Advertising & Analytics

  19. Plan, run, and optimise Facebook Ads and campaigns tailored to effectively reach specific target audiences and achieve marketing goals.

  20. Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to identify trends and inform future content strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Education: Graduation degree in any stream. A degree in Business OR Event Management OR a specialisation degree in Dance, Music, Theatre or Fine Arts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), Canva, and basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/CorelDraw, Video Editing software, and WordPress.
  • Key Attributes: A young and proactive initiative taker with a strong drive for results.
  • Pay Scale: To be paid within the range based on relevant experience and potential initiatives and ideas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
