Job Summary

We are looking for a multi-skilled professional who can manage Social Media, create high-quality Content, handle E-Commerce platforms, and produce engaging Videos. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple digital channels to boost brand visibility and online sales.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management (SMM)

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Plan and publish daily posts, stories, reels, and shorts.
  • Create and maintain a monthly social media calendar.
  • Increase engagement through comments, DMs, and community interaction.
  • Track performance metrics like reach, impressions, and follower growth.
  • Basic understanding of social media ads is a plus.

Content Writing

  • Write creative and SEO-friendly social media posts, blogs, product descriptions, and website content.
  • Create scripts for reels, YouTube videos, product videos, and brand ads.
  • Conduct research to develop informative and impactful content.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging.

E-Commerce Management

  • Manage listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.
  • Handle product uploads, pricing, inventory checks, and order processing.
  • Optimize listings using relevant keywords, titles, and descriptions.
  • Assist in setting up promotions, deals, coupons, and ads.
  • Monitor customer queries, reviews, and ratings.

Video Editing

  • Edit reels, shorts, promotional videos, and product videos.
  • Add transitions, captions, animations, and basic motion graphics.
  • Perform color correction, audio editing, and enhancement.
  • Understand scripts and convert them into compelling video output.
  • Knowledge of tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Final Cut, etc.

Skills Required

  • Understanding of social media trends
  • Excellent writing and storytelling ability
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms
  • Proficiency in video editing software
  • Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge
  • Good time management and multitasking ability

Qualifications

  • Any graduate (Marketing, Mass Communication preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers with strong portfolio may apply)
