Social Media & Ads Manager (Mohali Office or Remote)

5-Day Work Week | Full-Time

Beer Universe is a growing chain of retail beer stores across New York, USA. We specialize in craft beer, imports, and seltzers, with a strong online presence and 1-hour delivery.

We're hiring a creative and results-driven Social Media & Ads Manager to take charge of our digital marketing. The role can be on-site in our Mohali office or remote, depending on your preference.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Beer Universe social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, Google).
  • Post daily engaging content showcasing new arrivals, offers, and brands.
  • Design attractive graphics and videos for posts, stories, and reels.
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads that bring real customers.
  • Analyze performance and make data-driven improvements to increase ROI.
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone and posting schedule.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proven results with Meta and Google Ads.
  • Skilled in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Strong English for captions and ad copy.
  • Creative and self-motivated — able to manage content without visiting stores physically.

Pay: ₹35,000–₹60,000/month

Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site or Remote)

Schedule: Monday–Friday (5 days) | Hours flexible

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹60,000.00 per month
