Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the company's presence across major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and graphics
  • Plan and execute monthly social media calendars
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and analytics
  • Run social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for content creation
  • Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries in a timely manner
  • Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports

Required Skills:

  • Good understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
  • Content creation & basic graphic design skills
  • Strong communication and creativity
  • Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze insights and optimize content accordingly

Education:

Any graduate with relevant experience in social media management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
