Job Description We are seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Executive/ORM (Online Reputation Management) to join our team. As a Social Media Executive/ORM, you will be responsible for managing our organization's social media presence and ensuring a positive online reputation. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand image, engaging with our target audience, and protecting our online reputation. This position requires a strong understanding of various social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage online conversations effectively. Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Social Media Management:
  - Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms, including       Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.   - Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and b    infographics.   - Monitor social media accounts, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.   - Regularly update social media profiles with fresh and engaging content to maintain a strong online       presence.   - Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns.
  1. Online Reputation Management (ORM):
  - Monitor and manage online reviews, ratings, and comments about the organization and its products/services.   - Respond to online feedback and reviews in a timely and appropriate manner to maintain a positive       brand image.   - Identify potential issues or negative sentiments and develop strategies to mitigate or address them      effectively.   - Collaborate with other teams, such as customer service and marketing, to resolve customer complaints    and improve overall customer satisfaction.   - Implement proactive measures to protect and enhance the organization's online reputation.
  1. Content Creation and Curation:
  - Create compelling and shareable content for social media platforms that aligns with the organization's     brand identity and objectives.   - Research and curate relevant content from external sources to share with the target audience.   - Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social      media posts.   - Stay updated with industry trends, social media tools, and best practices to ensure the organization      remains at the forefront of social media marketing.
  1. Community Engagement and Influencer Outreach:
  - Actively engage with the organization's online community by responding to comments, messages, and    mentions.   - Identify and collaborate with influencers and industry thought leaders to amplify the organization's       reach and visibility.   - Foster positive relationships with followers, fans, and customers by providing valuable and meaningful    interactions.   - Monitor and participate in relevant industry discussions and online forums to establish the organization's expertise and thought leadership.
  1. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  - Track and analyze social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, click-through rates, and conversions.   - Generate regular reports showcasing the performance of social media campaigns and initiatives.   - Identify trends and insights from data to optimize future social media strategies and campaigns.   - Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.Education/Experience Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. - Proven experience in managing social media platforms and implementing successful social media campaigns. - Strong knowledge of social media trends, platforms, tools, and best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and compelling       content. - Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools. - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Knowledge of online reputation management principles and strategies is a plus.
