A hands-on role supporting commercial interior fit-out projects through planning, site execution, vendor management, quantity surveying & billing. The candidate will work closely with Project Managers, PMC and senior management, ensuring timely and quality delivery of workspaces.

Relevant experience in commercial office interior fit-out projects required.

Project Execution & Site Co-ordination

  • Responsible for delivering projects on time & as per quality standards
  • Oversee on-site execution of commercial interior fit-out works
  • Coordinate daily with contractors, vendors, architects & consultants
  • Ensure adherence to drawings, quality standards, and safety practices
  • Track material deliveries, manpower, and site progress

Quantity Surveying & Billing

  • Preparing detailed BOQ and Rate analysis for each item of work
  • Preparation of running bills, verification and reconciliation of site measurements against progress.
  • Track estimated vs actual quantities
  • Co-ordinate with finance for release of payments based on certification
  • Assist in cost control and value engineering exercises

Project Planning & Reporting

  • Assist is preparing baseline project budget & project plan
  • Prepare & track project schedules, and progress dashboards
  • Track & report delays, variations and site challenges
  • Maintain all project documentation including checklists, snag lists etc

Design & Drawing Coordination

  • Review architectural, MEP, and interior drawings to identify and resolve issues
  • Provide feedback to design team for clarifications and re-works
  • Implement client modifications and maintain revision logs

Vendor coordination & Procurement support

  • Assist in identifying vendors/contractors and collecting quotations
  • Prepare comparative sheets for vendor selection
  • Prepare site-wise material requirement and consumption logs

Operations Support

  • Execute modification works in operational centers
  • Assist operations team in resolving MEP/interior related issues
