Supervise on-site civil work for commercial & government projects (CPWD, PWD, etc.)

Execute work as per architectural, structural & service drawings

Coordinate with consultants, vendors & government authorities

Maintain project timelines, budgets, and documentation

Ensure safety & quality control as per govt norms

Manage contractors, labor & material usage

Prepare contractor bills, BOQs, and reports

Ensure compliance with all statutory & project standards

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering

Min 6 years' experience in commercial/government projects

Strong knowledge of CPWD/PWD norms

Skilled in MS Office, AutoCAD & site management

Good communication & leadership skills
