Project Engineer – CivilKey Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine project designs, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, site inspections, and prepare BOQs, BBS, cost estimates, and tender documents.
  • Plan and monitor project execution, including budgets, resources, timelines, and procurement.
  • Oversee site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Provide leadership, problem-solving, and guidance to junior engineers to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech or Project Management certification is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, residential, or institutional projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and civil project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of structural design, BOQ/BBS preparation, and construction codes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in residential apartments and villa projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and cost efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
